Methodology. Medians are used throughout — averages are inflated by outliers. A car's monthly figure is the median of months it actually earned (non-zero); how often it earns is shown as "consistency". "Best car" ranks model groups (4+ listings) by a blended score: 50% median earnings, 30% utilization, 20% booking consistency. Seasonality uses a fixed cohort of vehicles active the full period; the latest month may be partial. Earnings are gross — before platform fees, insurance, cleaning, maintenance, depreciation, and financing. Not financial advice.
